Delivery and Return

Delivery: Ranger Stork will normally ship within one to two working days, with expected delivery being within 2-4 working days from the date of order placement. In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we shall inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. Non-stock items normally ship within 7-10 days. Ranger Stork will endeavor to keep you regularly updated on any non-stock items ordered and that are on back order for more than 10 days. Ranger Stork shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date, all dates being estimates only.
Delivery Charges: Free delivery on orders with a total value over £ 65.00 to UK mainland and Scotland. For orders under £ 65.00 to UK mainland and Scotland there is a delivery charge of £ 6.50. Orders below a weight of 1 kilo can be sent at our 1 kilo and under rate of £3.99. A charge will be made for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, other islands and Northern Ireland. Please ask for current rates.
VAT Charges: Ranger Stork a Trading Style for Magnocrest Limited is registered in Great Britain for VAT. Registration Number GB714560156. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.
Guarantee: All products are supplied with the manufacturers guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns: When returning goods, please state your full name, address and the Invoice Number to identify your order. Any order returned to us without this information will be refused, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded not including your expense of returning the products. You must take good care of the products until you return them and ship the product to us. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. All returns must be well packaged to protect items from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs in transit to Ranger Stork will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be charged to the customers account. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery. Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by Ranger Stork and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 20%. In this instance the cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer. Non-stock or Special orders (i.e. those that are have been ordered specifically for you and cannot be resold) cannot be cancelled. Stock orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch without penalty.
Inspection/Return procedures: Customer shall inspect the products within 30 days of receipt, such period being confirmed by Customer to be a reasonable period to examine the products for defects or shortfalls, and notify Ranger Stork of any non-conformance. Failure to notify Ranger Stork within that 30-day period will constitute acceptance of the products for all purposes. No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of Ranger Stork. Customers are responsible for returning products to Ranger Stork at their own risk and expense. Ranger Stork shall not be responsible for failure of the delivery service to make on-time delivery. Customer must ship the product(s) to Ranger Stork in the original packaging, prepaid and insured:; Any product(s) returned to Ranger Stork shall become the property of Ranger Stork. If Ranger Stork determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturers warranty, Ranger Stork reserves the right to charge Customer for the product(s). We will advise the Customer prior to assessing these charges.
